How do I choose the right experience for my family or group?
Each experience page shows activity type, minimum and maximum group size, ideal audience, and available amenities. If you're planning for a large family or a special occasion, review the packages and add-ons or contact our team for a tailored recommendation.
Do the prices include VAT and booking fees?
Picnic shows the base price clearly, then adds the 15% VAT in the price summary before payment. There are no hidden fees, and add-ons such as photography or picnic baskets appear separately during checkout.
When do I receive my booking confirmation and QR code?
After payment succeeds, the booking moves into supplier confirmation. Once the host accepts it, the final confirmation and QR code appear in your booking page and account, and are also sent by email or message when available.
What happens if the host declines or the weather changes?
If the host declines, we help you choose a suitable alternative or start a refund according to the displayed policy. In unsuitable weather, rescheduling or refund options depend on the experience type and timing of the notice.
Can I add special requests like specialty coffee or celebration styling?
Yes. Many experiences include add-ons such as specialty coffee, photography, picnic baskets, or occasion styling. If you do not see what you need, you can include it in the booking notes for the host to review before confirmation.
Is Picnic suitable for hosts, farms, and camps in Riyadh?
Absolutely. The platform is designed for farms, camps, outdoor activities, and experience providers. Hosts can create listings, upload documents, manage availability, and track requests and payouts from one dashboard.
